Hi, I’m Jason Packer – the face behind Packer Heating & Plumbing.

I’m a father of three and when I’m not on the tools, I enjoy winding down with a bit of cycling or simply relaxing after a day’s work. I also don’t mind a spot of dancing – in fact, there’s a TikTok video of me having a boogie at my daughter’s wedding that’s now had nearly 5 million views! (Yes, really!)

I first got into the trade when a family friend broke his hand and asked if I could help as an apprentice. I decided to give it a go and as soon as I got stuck in ,I knew this was for me .
Since then, I’ve never looked back.​
Over the years, I’ve gained qualifications and hands-on experience across a wide range of heating and plumbing services. I’m also Gas Safe Registered, which means I’m qualified to safely work on gas appliances and meet all legal requirements for gas work in the UK.

From boiler installations to full bathroom fits, I’ve built a reputation for being knowledgeable, reliable, and honest—three things I take real pride in.

I believe in giving people straight answers, offering clear choices, and always working with my customers to make sure they’re happy with the results. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger project, I treat every job with the same level of care and respect.
